International Expansion
Who are they?
Founded in 2013 in New York, 360Learning is a collaborative learning venture which has expanded in Europe and the US, to help other businesses with onboarding processes, training of their teams, and on developing professional skills.
Why did they need our help?
360Learning approached our company with certain objectives in mind:
- Hiring Top Engineers (A-Players)
- Get a Data-driven approach and key metrics on hiring
What challenges did we face?
- Hiring A-Player in Engineering takes usually 2 to 3 months
- Harsh competition with GAFAM (Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft..) for talent.
- In-House Solutions were not well seen due to past bad agency experiences.
What was our action plan?
- Recruiter House team only approached candidates from the best engineering schools.
- Our sourcing team created an active and strategic boolean search to find active and passive candidates. Most of the time, the most adequate candidates are not actively searching for new opportunities.
- Our Talent Acquisition team was then responsible for approaching the candidates, screening them and selecting the best ones. Our recruiters were then following up the candidates and helping them during the whole process to create their best candidate experience.
